Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
- 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional
experience
- Proven track record of meeting customer satisfaction KPIs.
Preferred Experience
- Supporting SaaS or digital-first companies.
- Documenting FAQs and creating support knowledge bases.
- Experience with remote teams across different time zones.
- Handling escalations and working with technical teams for resolution.
