- Proven track record of meeting customer satisfaction and resolution KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.

- Customer support experience in appliance or tech industries.
- Handling escalations with product/technical teams.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and household appliances.
- Creating support FAQs and internal knowledge bases.
